RULES AND REGULATIONS / Bylaws
Colors
1. At no time can anyone out of the club wear your vest or colors.
2. Never let your colors sit on the ground.
3. If you're no longer in the club you need to turn in you patches.
4. Make no changes to our logo.
5. Members must have colors with him/her when attending meetings.
Meetings
1. No club member can miss three (3) meetings in a row.
2. Everyone should try to attend the meeting on his bike if it is favorable weather, unless his bike is broken down or not running at the time. If the club calls a ride/meeting, all members will attend. If a member is working, sick, bike not running, he/she will be excused.
3. Respect is to be shown to all club members, officers, & members' bikes
4. Only club functions are mandatory you will be given 4 week notice. If you see (ALL SSR ROCKERS) you must attend only the Prez. can give you a pass.
No fighting..
If there is a fight both parties have to pay
1. 1st fight $ fee
2. 2nd fight $ fee
3. 3rd fight, no fee- suspended from the club for 90 days.
Dues/ Fees
If your dues are over 30 days late, you will need to add $5 to the dues.
Only the Prez. can give you a pass on your dues. (2 passes a yr.)
SSR Biz Only!!!!!
This means what we do is for South Side Riders Only! Do not disclose any information to anyone that is not in the club.
1. Don't tell anyone what it takes to get in the club. (Only an Officer can disclose this info.)
2. No disclosing how much our Dues are!
3. No talking bad about the club to others outside of the club, & etc.
Prospects
1. Prospects must be at least 18 years old.
2. Prospects must show a sincere interest in the club and bikes.
3. Prospect must be sponsored by one member who has known him/her at least one year (may be waived by vote).
4. Prospects must attend all meetings and club functions.
5. Prospects should have and show proof of valid FL. Driver’s licence with motorcycle endorsement.
6. Prospect must pay Membership fees before Club Officers vote him/her in or not. If he is made a new member; he must understand the colors belong to the club, not the members. Prospect must pay Membership fees which will cover the patches and the first month’s dues.Which is required in full within 60 days,which is not REFUNDABLE.
